I have a BCS on my S3 though and they sound amazing!!

Yes pal i have seen the videos but can't take the sound from a video. I have a bcs sports system fitted at the moment and it drones bad so want to see if its worth paying another £500 for the powervalve assembly

At what revs /boost does the power valve open and it it like an on /off switch or more gradual?

@BCS Nige will be able to explain the exact workings of it ,
But it sounds like the more boost the more it opens

I have been in Nigel from BCS's Golf 7R as a passenger and the sound is awesome. However you don't get the feel of how it comes on and off unless you are driving.
