Anyone have feedback on Forge BBK?

Was looking at the 6pot kit, want away they had any option for the 8V. Price is very attractive, however have not seen any feedback/reviews of them. Anyone.

It does looks quite attractive for the money, however, if you look at the Forge site it states that it's not road legal which I'm thinking is why it's not too popular :-

Wonder what makes it not road legal. Very attractive overall and might think about getting them.

Edit: looks like CE/tuv is euro approval only. Looks like I won't have any issued here in the States.
