I was told all 4 had been replaced on good will and that would be the end of it.
If all 4 were replaced aren't they guaranteed for 12 or even 24 months ?

so where does the other £1100 go confused
...I'm off to the solicitors in the morning for a letter basicly saying that they have knowingly endangered the life of my family be allowing me to drive round in a car fitted with fault parts and not informing me...
I had an injector replaced about 12 weeks ago. The local Audi garage did it under good will even though it was a year out of warranty. Yesterday I again broke down this time on the outside lane of the motorway. I took the car back to my local Audi garage and they again agreed to fix it under good will. Got a phone call today saying that two had gone this time and that both would be replaced. On checking the fourth injector they noticed that this had already been changed out so that means this has happened on this engine 3 times in four years and 50'000 miles. So to say it is unlikely to happen again is rubbish. The only good thing is I now have no piezo injectors.
On a side note my local Audi garage (Stirling) has been excellent in dealing with these failed injectors. I have had no arguments with them about fixing the injectors and I even got a nice new A4 S-Line as a courtesy car for next to nothing. Not all Audi garages are bad.
Audi Cheshire oaks phoned this morning to say that the best they can do is £700 per injector it's amazing that a week of arguing and my car sitting there that they can drop £1000 off per injector.
I had mine done in Cheshire oaks a few months back, £700 with no discount, sounds like they have inflated the price before discounting it.
