Anyone De-chrome there airvents?

I hate the chrome in the interior and want to have it made black.

has anyone done this?

Get yourself a can of black plastidip, if you can pull the vents out do that and spray them. Otherwise spray in situ, wonderful stuff works a treat and reversible if you want to make it chrome again. I plastidipped a few front grills and they have lasted very well.
