Anybody with vcds in farnborough

Got an issue with my 2004 A8, the fingerprint recognition comes up with transmission error and memory seats not remembering there positions. Read somewhere that within the hidden green menu you can turn the options back on??

Trouble is I can't get into the hidden menu, it needs to be activated thru vcds!!
Can any body help or have ideas !!!!
