Just had the bus checked over prior to it's Swedish M.O.T later this month. Just gave her some fresh 5w 30 Castrol Edge as a wee treat. Car has now clocked up 236,000 km's not 226k as the title suggest and still going strong. Still on original clutch and oil pump / cam balancer chain at the back. Was pleased to see only minute traces of swarf had clung to the Dimplex Magnetic sump plug I fitted in January, which perhaps would explain the engines good fortune so far. Managed to fix that leak coming from the rear wiper pipe. Nothing appeared on the diagnostic and car is running sweet for such an old banger.
