Evening all. Just to introduce myself, Rod, a long time messer and mild modifier of minis, escorts, golf/boras, passats and now, a6 c6.
I have looked at many Audi forums and this one, I hope will be THE one. T he a6 presents me with problems beyond my comprehension on the electrical side, i.e. optical electrics etc. I am working to understand things and recently purchased vcds to help.
My first task is fitting s6 electric seats in my non electric a6. Plug end is no problem obviously. Hopefully I can dispense with the seat heating facility as the bum bit is alcantara. Where is the live feed and earth on the A6 for my Kufatec loom, as my supplier's info is a bit nebulous. When I fitted them in passats and boras it was a doddle. Please please somebody simplify it for a numpty. Many thanks, Rod.
