Annoying Road Noise

Lately, at certain speeds of around 50-60mph, and only at certain times, there is wind noise that seems to come from the passenger side door and the door at the back on the same side. I'm sure it has not always done this and was always pleased with the lack of road noise.
I have checked the doors are definitely shut and the windows are definitely all the way up so no idea what it causing it. Has anybody had the same?

If its definatly wind noise it may be something as a non sealing door rubber,

I had exactly that, it was one of the vents was open just a tiny bit causing the noise. Try fully closing or opening it and see if that makes a difference.

Ah interesting. But I won't pretend I know where these vents are ......

the he noise seems to from the right hand side window. It's as if the window is bit fully up. But it is. If it is the seal is it the sort of thing audi could/should fix?

Sorry I should have been clearer, I mean the cabin vents. In my case it was the far passenger one which just open a tiny bit causing wind noise.
