Annoying Message on Car Start Up

Hi all.

Randomly, my car started throwing up this message on the MMI every time I start it up. Now I haven’t touched the MMI or touched any of the options and I can’t disable this message! It’s driving me insane!
It asks me for a password for the data transfer what ever that is?!!!!
I have NEVER set a username or password on my MMI or on my phone so I have no idea what it is! After this screen it asks me to to write the password on on the stupidly annoying touchpad! This is frustrating. 3 years owning this car and I have never had this before!

I've seen other threads about this, I think it just affects iPhone users with a certain version of iOS?

Remove your phone from the MMI and then add it again. The mesdage should stop appearing.

I've had this since going to IOS13, did the above and no further problems
