Allroad towbar fitting

OK so I now have my Allroad and need to get a towbar fitted, I have had various quotes ranging from £360 to £560 for a 13pin electric removable system.

My question is should i get dedicated wiring or use a relay / scotlocks to hack into the wiring. Not sure if the Allroad has any kind of stability system that "knows" when a trailer is attached and so i should therefore go for dedicated wiring?

I am exploring other avenues but would be great if anyone here knows the answer!

You should have gone for a factory fitted towbar as it does so much more ! ESP, suspension, brake bias all are influenced when you plug that tow lead in !
