Allroad grill on pre-facelift a6 Avant 1.8t se

In about 6 months time we may be upgrading our b5 A4 Avant to a 98-01 A6 Avant 1.8T. I have noticed that the grill on the allroad although of the same shape looks better than on the standard car. Will this fit without any mods? Thanks.
