Allroad 3.0 TDI driver door won't unlock without using the key

Hello,
As the title says all the other doors open but the driver dosent endless I use the key.

Any sugestions welcome

Does the door closes with remote? Is it always you can't open or sometime. In most of that cases problem is in door lock.

Yes it locks fine it the unlocking thats the problem

Maybe you can tell your vin number because there is more then one version
