Can’t tell From the pictures if it’s a hole, chipped alloy or scraped paint....?

You could by touch-up paint to hide it, or have the wheel stripped and powder coated, if it’s a defect in the alloy - chip/crack/hole, then best let a specialist alloy wheel refurbished have a look and give an opinion on repairable or not.

The other option is to find a used alloy off of eBay. Single wheels come up quite a lot surprisingly!

Looks like a huge stone chip. A decent alloy wheel specialist should be able to sort it for you.
