Alcantara Steering wheel

Have been looking to get an Alcantara steering wheel for a while now as I find the leather one too slippery especially with sweaty palms..lol Has anyone had experience of these on an A3 or A4 with regards to wear etc? Cheers!

What wheel do you have and why don't you get it trimmed, alcantara wheels are lovely, my cousin will be putting an RS4 one in his TT soon...

Seems to me there would not be a lot of work re trimming a FB wheel to RS6 std...

I have the standard 3 spoke sport wheel which i like i just like the alcantara verson and theres a few on ebay at the moment that look tempting, although they dont come with the s line badge on the bottom spoke which is a pity as i think it looks well...

you could try getting hold of one from the A4 DTM Limited Edition, they came with a dark grey Alcantara wheel.
