Airbag light on, alarm goes off when locking car,

Hello,
I'm new to audi and i just bought an 2003 a4 cabriolet 3.0 (65 000 km). The airbag light is always on, and the alarm goes off sometime when i lock the car. If i leave the car for two days, the battery drain out and i have to boost it with my 95 corolla. I bought a vag-com and here is the result. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Fisrt try a new battery in the car .. My car was playing up in the same way when i first bought it.

And clear all the fault codes after you've changed the battery, that should get rid of the intermittent ones.

The airbag fault could just be the connector under the seat, it's a known problem point.

The fault code on the navigation worries me though - that fault code often implies that the unit is faulty.

sounds like a Convenience Module fault, but not sure whether the cabs suffer from the same problems as the saloons/avants regarding the module getting wet.

apart from the airbag light the symptoms are exactly what was happening to my A4 saloon. the culprit module was the one labelled Address 46: Central Conv in your post.

i managed to get a replacement on fleabay, BUT u will need to replace it with the same part as is fitted, your part number is: 8H0 959 433 L
