aftermarket stereo fitment

hi all.
Looking to upgrade the original Audi symphony double din unit in my S3, seen some nice aftermarket touch screen units with 7 inch screens, seem to be a little smaller than the original unit, is there a fascia panel i can buy to accomodate it?

Buy an Audi A4 B6 facia and trim it down bud. I think that’s what people have done in the past.

just get an aftermarket a4 B6/B7 Win CE/Android headunit and trim the sides abit, thats what i did

 

I’m like the look of that, is it a straight fit and plug and play?
I’m guessing be android operating system it does not work with Apple AirPlay?

I believe he's put a carbon effect sticker on

 

no i'm talking about the AC/heater control unit itself not the sticker around it. Anyway i found out that it's from the seat leon/toledo of the same generation
