Aftermarket Radio info on Fis

Hi Guys just want to check are there any aftermarket radio/ navi units that can display station info or track info on the fis ?

my cluster has the old 20 pin red connector with the 3 wires that went to the original head unit (think its referred to as a 3LB bus/protocol or Harness)

i havent seen any since alot of the aftermarket radios come with steering controls support intergration but thats about it.

if i convert the console and install an rnse and i get a can emulator can that convert the can signal to the 3lb wiring for the radio ?
