After Swapping new Steering wheel buttons not working

If any mistake please don’t be mind,
Can anyone know about after swapping new steering wheel and airbag all control buttons are not working
Do I need to coding the controller?

I really appreciate for seeing my problem,
I am currently have 2017 Audi A7 Competition 4G heat steering wheel with round airbag, and I upgraded to 2018 and up Audi A6,A7,A8 steering wheel flat bottom,

I order new steering wheel and airbag completely from EBay and they ship the wheel from Latvia Country

Yes sir

That will be you problem then.

The new C8 platform uses a different communications protocol:
New = LIN Bus
Old = CAN Bus

The two can’t talk to each other without a custom interface module in between.

You can’t program the buttons, they are hard coded.

Their advert says ‘from 2018’. For the A6/7 platform that means the new C8 version.
