Just treated myself to a new headunit for my birthday.. Whipped out the old 1, and saw that theres an extra plug on the back of the original unit???
Do i need 1 of these??

As ive plugged it in with the normal power/speaker leads, and it fires up etc,but noticed theres on 2 speaker conections instead of 4 in the OE wiring plug??
PLUS it didnt save radion stations?? Do i need to cut the 2 power leads,and swop them over?? As it turned off when the ignition was turned off,or does that harness do it all for me??
