Put AKE injectors 142p1025 and a gt2052v 701s on my AFB a4 Quattro yesterday

the cars stock apart from gutted cats and mufflerectomy, new timing belts etc, new maf and map sensors, new crank case breather filter

the car seems to be noisier, like a louder injector sound?

seems to have lost some low end torque aswell, more mid and high though??

remap/chip??

Assuming all the components are ok, the turbo actuator stop adjustment could well be wrong.

Above is a thread I did with similar issues, it also links to other threads/forums for more info.

The actuator stop screw adjustment seems to be a bit of an art - I never did get definitive info on it but did finally get there.

thanks for the info,
using VCDS how do i log the N75 duty cycle?

would a good place to start be adjusting the length of the rod to the one on the previous turbo or should i just keep lengthening it untill it goes into limp mode and then back it off a tad?

the nozzels ive just put in come from a 2003 90k mile engine with timing belt failure after quick fit changed it

whats a brand new set of 142p1025s cost?

could it just be the fact ive put the 180 turbo and injectors onto a 150 and the engine management is not upto it? or would the ecu sort all that out?

do i need a chip/remap for it?
