The motor is coming apart quickly now but we are concerned at the amount of movement the piston has in the bore. Anybody know what the tolerances are as a reborn and new pistons will add a chunk.
mine rocked about too. Manual says this: Honing dimension (in mm) Piston Ø Cylinder bore Ø 80.975 81.010 It also says "Dimensions not including coating (thickness 0.02 mm). The coating will wear down in service." regarding the piston diameter.
