Advice on single din alternative :)

Hi guys, decided I wanted a bit more excitement on the inside, I've been looking at some single din alternatives to replace my original audi concert.

What do you think of this? 7" HD Touch Screen Single Din In Car DVD Stereo With Sat Nav | Xtrons

seems pretty good for the price plus has satnav and all the other toys. I don't really want to do a double-din conversion tbh.
Recon it will look a bit naff?
