Advice needed

After driving the car this morning it seems to be cutting out at low speeds like junctions , traffic lights etc. and bringing on the battery light only I think.

Just wondered if any one has had this before.

It's an s3 apy engine

I think you need to check your battery is charging, it could be the alternator is on its way out, you should have about 14.5 volts with the engine running.
