What the **** is going on with my claim with your underwriters ULR?
They are so incompetent and I'm really not happy with their service!

It took them 8 months to sort mine out, then doubled my premium for a none fault claim.

That's what I'm up against, a claim no fault of my own!
I just want a yes or no answer...
I want to get my car fixed ASAP!!!

ULR are a claims handler, not the underwriter - If you can PM me your policy number and a few details on the issue, I'd be more than happy to investigate what has gone on.
