Adding Bluetooth/stereo upgrade

Morning everyone! Over the weekend I purchased a 2004 a4 avant, with audi concert installed. It has a single cd player in the dash, plus a 6 cd changer in the glove box. Is there any way of making it so I can add Bluetooth to it, for phone calls and media? Failing that, if I was to upgrade to an aftermarket stereo, would I still be able to use the 6cd changer with it?

You could add Bluetooth but you’d have to give up the CD changer as there is no dedicated AUX input, as the dongles you would buy emulate the CD changer. Maybe you could do a double DIN conversion and get a Symphony radio with integrated CD changer then add Bluetooth? The glovebox CD changer won’t work with an aftermarket stereo.
