Hi all, I'm becoming a bit a regular here! Feel free to tell me to p**s off ;)

I've bought myself a set of pre cut 25% window tints for my A6 saloon.
I managed to do a very good job using pre cut tints on my A3, but as it was a hatch, access to the rear windscreen was much better!
Has anyone done this on a saloon? Any tips?
Is it possible to remove the rear parcel/speaker shelf under the rear windscreen for better access?

I will be using a hot air gun to shrink the film to shape. I'm hoping to get the job done tomorrow afternoon.
Cheers

I hope this is of some help.

That's brilliant! Thanks very much!! Is that from elsawin? I've just bought a copy of 5.2 off eBay, I'm looking forward to it arriving so I can get it up and running on my dual booted Mac!

The shelf looks very straight forward to remove, especially as I have folding seats. However, it looks like there is still a big metal shelf underneath! I'm assuming that's part of the chassis and therefore cannot be removed?
I will probably still remove the part that I can though to safe making a mess!
P.S. Duly noted, I'll go back to my corner...
