A8 4.0 V8 TDI Manifold flaps removed

Job that came from a different company we've had in, Audi A8 4.0 V8 TDI with swirl flap problems. There's no repair kits are blanking kits available for this model, Parts quote was £1100 for each inlet manifold totalling £2200 just for parts, we removed the manifolds on each side taking all the swirl flaps out before manufacturing a blanking kit for each manifold, we then removed both ECU's as this vehicle runs 2' and mapped the swirl glad out aswell as tuning the vehicle for better economy and performance through BDM.
