Hello everyone, I'm new to this site and fairly new to vcds except basic fault codes etc
I bought the above mentioned Audi A6 and want to take the engine out and put it in this ex military vehicle that I've had for some time. It's a 2.5 TDI BFC engine and the car was built before March 2003 (the wiring diagram on autodata changes at Apr 2003)
I'm going to use the orig instruments if poss and have unplugged Abs modulator, engine still runs (No derate) and Speedo still works but you've obv got warnings on
Does anyone know if I'm going to be able to delete the Abs with vcds? It seems there is no can gateway on this car and the can lines from engine and abs go into the instruments
Any vcds vagcom users remember this old system?
