A4 RS4 alloys for the S3 - Will they fit

Hi there,
Looking at some genuine 18'' RS4 style alloys that used to be on an A4 S-line. They specs are 8Jx18 5x112 ET43. I'm thinking they should fit? Will I need any sort of adapter?

they will stick out further than the arch as the offset is wrong

They will fit fine mate... They'll stick out 17mm from et54 wheels which most A3/S3 alloys sit at... 20mm is about max
