A4 (B7) S-Line Avant Owner

Hi guys! New to the forums and the Audi lifestyle! Bought myself a 2.0 tdi S-Line A4 b7 avant and must say its the greatest car in the world, comfortable, economic and still has some poke, despite only being the 140bhp model thinking about tinkering with her to squeeze a bit more power out of it but not to sure on the best all round route to go down! (obviously a stage 1 but wondering how much added strain to Injectors etc... this will cause)
