am having an oil pressure warning problem on a 2007 a4 2.0 tfsi.
I bought the car and had the issue straight away, I went back to the indi dealer and seized top end due to sludge on the way back, 1/2 mile away (they were adamant it was sensor so refused to pay for flat bed). Had a top end rebuild as 2 valves bent and cam chain snapped.
I now have it back and 600 miles later the light is coming on intermittently, another indi garage had a look and said couldn't find prob and light wouldn't come on for them. They said it could be a glitch and to bring back if comes on again. 2 weeks later and it's back, I know it's a big job to get the sump off so wanted an idea as to what it could be? Sludge again or could the oil pump be on its way out?
