Hi ASN
Have read lots of different brake threads with LOTS of different answers.
I need to buy new front Discs & Pads for my A4 1.8Turbo Avant (163PS) B6 2004
I will not be going on the track with my A4 but just want as good as i can get for around £250-£280 as my wife uses the car with my baby boy most of the time.
Oh and me at night and on the weekends when i warm the brakes up a little !!!
FRONT DISCS
I believe my model uses 312mm Discs while looking at various web configurators etc.
I have found these Brembo Max Discs on flea bay for £119:

They are only slightly more expensive than Pagids from Euro Car Parts £106 (£53 Per Disc) ?
Anyone know of any other Decent Discs in this price range ?
FRONT PADS
After lots of reading I think Ferodo DS2500 Pads has to be the way to go.
Found these for about £155 Delivered ?

Any similar parts or websites anyone can recommend would be very much appreciated.
Not a mechanic myself so I am going to get this all fitted by a local garage who has gives me a good rate.
Also can anyone tell me if Brembo discs & the Ferodo pads I have shown on these sites will need any additional fittings or parts etc or will they just drop straight in ?
Otherwise i will only have my mechanic telling me I am missing this bracket & that connection etc etc..... Scared I am gonna get it wrong
