A4 Avant 2.5TDI Quattro rear springs - where?

Both rear springs on my 2000 Audi 2.5TDi Avant Quattro has snapped near the base. Where can I get replacement springs? I want standard ride height as I use the car for towing so do NOT want it lowering. All the sites I have found so far are offering lowered springs.

Last year about this time GSF didn't stock rear springs for my A4 Avant 1.8se, so I got them from the stealer at £55 inc each. Just try them first (GSF,Eurocarparts).

No luck at either looks like it's going to be AUDI at their inflated prices unless anyonme has a better idea.

I would go with the dealer - there are loads of different springs.

take your handbook with all the codes on the sticker, a couple of those codes identify the actual springs used on your car. most quattros are sport suspension so lower than normal cars. I would expect the 2.5tdi to have the high load rating ones.
there are paint marks on the originals but they may not be visible now - especially if the plastic coating has cracked / split.
