a4 1.9tdi 110. 1996 losses power

hi every1 i'm new here i have a a4 1.9tdi 110bhp that is lossing power on a long run round town its ok and when i start a long run its ok for a bit then no boost stopthe car and start agen and its ok for a bit more.
After doing 70 ish on motorway then down to 30 round town there is no boost till i turn the engine off the next time i move the car its ok if i stay round town.
Any ideas.

Boost leak maybe, check all of the hoses for splits, or the most common i the turbo is sticking inside due to it being variable vane. innotec do t comprehansive de coking solution for the turbo, look them up.
