a3 tdi 140 re map problems (2010)

Hi ya

just got my new a3 tdi 140 and went to have a custom re map but i was informed i could not get it done as the ecu on the new 2010 have a lock on them.Can any1 advise on this and maybe what places coul do it. I went to Jabba sport but no luck.

I asked the bloke who's done a couple of my cars about mapping my 2010 2.0 Tdi. I got the same reply, that it isn't possible through the port, but is doable by physically opening the ECU.

He recommended leaving it for a few months, by which point there will probably have been some progress.
