A3 Sportback Boot Liners

I want to buy a tailored boot liner/tray for my new A3 Sportback. Audi sell them, but almost identical ones are available elsewhere that are cheaper. Some suppliers sell two different types for the A3 Sportback - one for cars from 2004 to 2008, and another for cars made after 2008. However, other supplies just list one type for Sportbacks from 2004 onwards. Is the boot in earlier Sportbacks somehow different in size/shape to the more recent cars??

I got the hard plastic boot liner for my 58 plate s-line, I was told by the audi dealership that they were different and needed a certain type, may be because I had the hard version.

It is a god send as it is so useful. Not so sure the flexi one would of been as much use.
