A3 seat jammed!! Help!!!

Hello guys, I have a 04 2.0 a3 and yesterday I decided to route around with the passenger seat as it wouldn't move forward from the leaver at the top of the seat, I found a cable that wasn't correctly positioned under the chair but that didn't help, the seat did slide forward using the adjuster under the seat but now I've moved some small silver block that's on the rails of the seat and now it's completely jammed!! Please someone help!!

Check for coins and dropped objects in the rails.
I think a 2p piece is a pretty good fit.

The back of my drivers seat is very difficult to move using the manual adjuster on the side of the seat. Anyone have any ideas what may be wrong?

It only moves if I pull it outward towards and then try turn it at the same time. It is nigh on impossible. Going back it works fine, just coming forwards...
