A3 / S3 Handbrake handle cover Removal

I want to get my handbrake handle cover retrimmed but can't figure out how to remove it.

I have read there is a metal clip underneath that needs to be prised down to enable the cover to come off but I'm not sure where to poke a small screwdriver in to release it.

Has anyone got any tips or diagrams, videos or help
