A3 Quattro TURBO PROBLEMS?

Hi all, i have a audi A3 quattro on a 2000, as im driving a hear a whining noise, it sounds like the turbo, has anyone else experienced this?

yeah i have a 1999 a3 quattro and its turbo whines / whistles like hell sounds prety smart i think but is probably doing a heap of damage booking it in2 garage to get fixed i recon bearing has gone

eh up ive an a3 quattro sport, mine whistles and has the factory D/V sounds well it wures a touch on cold start up, and ive 67k on clock, but the noise isn't a whine like a super charger
