A3 Quattro Recall

Any one else had recall letter from Audi UK. Its to do with the brake pipe work to the left rear?

Nothing Quattro specific but have a look here.

Obviously these are serious safety recalls. Audi may have their own.

Mine's a A3 3.2q 05reg.
Spoke to dealer and booked it in also something about the wiper motor needs checking too! If this keeps up they will have rebuilt the car!

The letter gave my reg and chassis no but says the recall relates to quattro A3's.
Car has been in and checked. They did nt say if it required any work but it has to have the wiper motor changed. They are on back order!

flywheel recall? - i can't believe audi are still fannying about with wiper motors???? why the hell can't they get this sorted - it has been the biggest bugbear on these cars since they were released!!!

Thats precisely what they are doing; all motors are replaced FOC as and when the vehicles turn up to Centres. Reason they are on Back Order is because demand has outstripped supply!

Yes it s had the flywheel recall done as well!
Now they have rebuilt so much of the car, can i get the V5c updated to 07modal year lol.
