a3 humming

2013 a3 sline had the car around 10months now been great BUT about 4 months ago around exactly 55-60 there is a hum sound it hums then goes then hums almost immediately and goes can only hear it with radio off and heaters off, sounds like its coming from passenger footwell its hard to say but its defo coming from the front and not the back, and as i put my foot down the hum sound progresses more up until about 75 then goes

i thought it was the tyres until recently i brought 2 new pirreli p zeros

the noise drives me crazy im thinking wheel bearings but i dont hear no noises when turning etc

drove 60mph when the noise is audible 57,63mph quite wierd hows its between that mph might be more loud when going round a gradual bend on a motorway buts it v hard to tell coasted in neutral noise is still there,put the clutch in noise is still there .wonder if theres a place that will tell you what it is before replacing and finding out the problem is still there
