A3 Concert radio reset

Hi all does anyone know the reset procedure for a stone dead concert cd radio - 2011 2012 MY, i unhooked the attery and reconnected and now the radio is not responding

No nothing

Check the fuse on the back of the headunit and the one for the radio system under the bonnet.

The one under the bonnet is fine - i'll pull the unit to check the other one but vcds does affect the screen slightly when doing the output test

Ok so it's obviously getting power. Are you using genuine VCDS out of interest?

Stick a meter on the feeds to check for power, is the 1st thing to do.

All fixed - the car was in transport mode, thanks to Derek at Ilexia for finding the problem
