A3 8p - 3 spoke steering wheel upgrade options (simple ones!)

Hi all,
I have a 2004 A3 (8p) 3 door 3.2 quattro.
Hate the standard 3 spoke steering wheel.
Its the old style airbag. Looks similar to the 3 spoke mk4 Golf steering wheel. (will my mk4 R32 wheel fit?!!?)

I dont really want to mess around too much with faults and airbags not working but would like a sportier feeling wheel with perhaps volume/track controls.
What are my options? Budget around £300.

That seems good - quality good? i see it coming from abroad.
Would i be able to get them volume/track controls working?
Will be upgrading to RNS-E soon.

I honestly have no experience with them but it does look good quality.
not sure about the buttons either, you could upgrade the steering control module to the multifunction type but again I'm not sure how that would work as it uses a different slip ring.
