A3 8p 3.2 Bose speaker interference

Hi everyone, new to the forum so apologies if this is the wrong place.
Hit a pothole on a tight bend today and immediately an electronic screeching interference sound came out of my left hand front speaker. Took me a minute or two to figure that out. Changes pitch with speed and also if I load the electrics by putting lights, hazards on etc. I think an earth or plug has come loose?
Anyone else had this?

I get it, but it’s because I’ve fitted a new head unit. Check all grounds
