A3 3.2 V6 DSG drivers - Quick Q?

When you drive your car from standstill and let the clutch drive, so not applying any power - where does your needle sit on the rev counter?

Quite a bit below that for me - when cold circa 1k - when warm, more like 600 - 700 rpm

Yeah, my friend has an A3 V6 and other has an R32, both sit where mine sits @ 6-700 rpm. Hmm

Yes but you say in gear rolling ? mine sits at 720rpm where it should at tickover .

my R32 used to tick over about the 600 mark but would idle higher occasionally. Usually due to the air con being on.
