Hi all,

looking to fit some 18" TT speedline alloys to my A3 2.0TDI 8P.. i have the alloys already as they were going cheap for me, rears fit but slightly rub, fronts dont even reach the hub. just wondering if anyone has fitted these and if so what spacers to make them fit comfortably.. im thinking of 5mm spacers on the rear and 15mm on the front but if anyone could clarify that would be great.

cheers.

pretty sure the fronts will end up spaced way too far out with 15mm spacers. what's the original offset on them?

You think?? The standards are in a fair way.. This help?

On that site if you carry in, says it will stick out 20mm as per previous alloys..

What is the offset (the "et" number) stamped on the rear of the speedlines? What width are they? 8j? 9j

10mm spacers all round would push the offset to 42 and would make them look close to perfect

don't go wider than 225 on the tyres though especially if you're lowered

OK dude I'll bare that in mind, appreciate you commenting thanks.

I have these fitted to my audi, i have no spacers on back and 5mm on front, i have lowered the car as well and no rubbing, i also have 225 tyres and they sit perfect, been on for 6 months and no camber wear or anything.
