A3 1.8t sport airbag module

Hi guys,

My 1.8t had an airbag light, I have a snap on modis diagnostic machine and correct keys. I've removed the codes and corrected the faults on the car but I cannot remove the light. When I re scan I can't find any more codes but the air bag light stays on

The dash cluster has a faulty screen. Any chance it could be the cluster or the air bag module?

Scan with VCDS or similar in case some of the codes aren't being aren't being picked up... not all scanners pick up every VAG code... only diag software I know that does is VCDS or the VAG dealer kit... if there is still a light there will be a code...
