A1 8X Reprogram steering wheel buttons (NAV and star)

Hi all,
Does anyone know if it's possible to reprogram the navigation button on the steering wheel to change the drive mode? Or if it's possible to change the star button on the wheel to control the drive mode as the only options available in the mmi are for song change and media change

I’m also interested in this. My A3 you can change the drive mode but not on the A1 strange
