    Anyone had this yet?

    Can't load profiles so having to drive as a guest.

    Mimi says "a technical error has occurred. The user could not be loaded."

    Yes I got this today, when I started the car on the way home from a store.
    I turned the car off and on again and it seemed to work I think. There is definately something wrong with the MMI system.

    Changing the PIN number on the app sorted this for me, i did speak to Audi last week and there was an issue with the Servers which appears to be sorted now, I’ve been able to login fine for last 2/3 days.
