A Little Help Needed Please!

Hi guys,

so I'm just after receiving my new set of tail lights and after buying them on eBay from a german seller I noticed in someones post about LHD and RHD tail lights being very different, so I got the lights and checked the FOGs and Reverse lights and they are different...

so i was wondering it anyone knew if it was possible to fit LHD lights to a RHD car? or even if Audi might be able to swap the lights around so the FOG is on the other side and vice versa for the reverse?
